In which countries is it possible to shop online?

You can currently shop in Spain (only peninsula and Baleares), Andorra, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Greece, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, UK, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Hungary, Slovenia and Bulgaria. 


Payment methods

In Morganitastore.com accept payment via the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Maestro.

If you see the authentication page of your bank to pay with your card, and prompts user or passwords which do not have, you should go to your bank office and asking for it.

If you wish you can also pay with your credit card through Paypal gateway (even though you have not account). No specific user or password is needed to operate online.


How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the requested items. If you do not receive an email, contact us (info@morganitastore.com).  In the case of have chosen as payment bank transfer, the order will be confirmed once we check the payment in our bank account (the banking process it may take 2 business days).


What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

Morganitastore.com only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact us (info@morganitastore.com).


Can I return an item? 

Yes. To do this you must notify by email (info@morganitastore.com) and return it within 14 calendar days (from the date of receipt). We will indicate the procedure for shipping. The return will be accepted if the item returned is in perfect condition, with original packaging, accessories, with the tamper-evident labels and without being used. Then we proceed to refund in the same form of payment that you used in your order. More information here.


Can I cancel my Morganita Newsletter Suscription? 

Yes, please you only have to contact us (info@morganitastore.com).


Are out-of-stock items restocked?

We can not assure new stock of out-of-stock items, but if you contact us we will tell you if new stock of that product is expected or is no longer available.


Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, although the colours on monitors and mobile screens may vary slightly depending on your setting or manufacturer. Look at the colour that give the item within your description to contrast with the picture. In addition, we have handcrafted items in which there may be a slight difference.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In Morganita value your time and we have different shipping options to suit your needs. You can see the days and price on the shipping options in your cart. Only takes into account business days.
