1. Introduction

Morganita Store offers you a service of online shopping. You can also enjoy promotions and special offers.

Review the terms and general conditions through www.morganitastore.com or www.morganitastore.es. In this sense, the use of this website constitutes your agreement to these terms and general conditions. However, any questions you have can consult sending an email to info@morganitastore.com.

 

2. Purchasing Process

The items you wish to buy must be added to the Cart by clicking the appropriate icon.

The cart will contain an image, reference, name, features and price (including taxes). The item price does not include the price of transport.

The order form will request personal data that will be incorporated into our database in order to process the order, facilitate future purchases and browsing our website. At any moment you can access your personal data and the information of your orders. Personal data must be indicated with accuracy to avoid confusion or incidents in the shipment of items purchased. Also if you request it, you will receive by email information and publications.

Before shipping the order, will be displayed a summary identifying the item purchased, the total price (including transportation and taxes) and shipping information.

Purchases are paid by credit card or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Maestro), bank transfer (later shipping) Paypal account or by gift card that has been previously purchased from the online store. Other forms of payment will not be accepted.

Once the operation was confirmed, you will be inform via the website about the order number so you can keep track of the order at all times. Also, an email will be sent with the description of the order and personal details that have been reported. In case of absence of such information, it is advisable to send an email to info@morganitastore.com.

If at the time of issuance of the order our warehouse detects no stock, we would get in touch with you immediately, proceeding to automatically pay the amount claimed.

 

3. Delivery Policy

The items offered are distributed in Spain (only Peninsula and Balearic Islands), Andorra, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Greece, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, UK, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Hungary, Slovenia and Bulgaria.

Morganita Store has made an effort to display the colors of the items closest to reality as possible. However, the color of the items shown on screen may be subject to variation depending on the quality of your computer monitor. In this sense, Morganita Store can not guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect real colours.

Morganita Store sends the orders via Spanish Post (State Society Post Office SA), offering various services:

Orders for within Spain :

 - Home Certified Shipping. The delivery will take place in 2-5 business days. . If the home delivery does not occur, the customer will have 15 days to collect the item in his/her Post Office Reference.

 - Certified Delivery in a Post Office chosen by the Customer, whose delivery will take place in 2-3 business days. Correos (Post) immediately notifies the customer via a free SMS when shipment reaches its destination. The Customer has over 2,200 offices to choose from, spread throughout the country, where the shipment will remain up to 15 days to collecting

Express Certified Shipping. The delivery will take place in 24-48 hours with the following destenies: a Spain (only Peninsula), Andorra and Mallorca (business days). Balearic Islands and Portugal will take place in 48-72 hours (business days). 

 - Ordinary Shipping. The delivery will take place from 5 to 8 business days. Only available for orders under 26 Euros. For this service, Correos (Post) doesn't delivers the Saturdays.

Orders for whithin European Union:

- Internacional Certified Shipping. The delivery will take place in 3-8 business days depending on the destination country.

Delivery times are estimates, which may vary for reasons which cannot be attributed to Morganite. If you have chosen a method of registered shipping will see track the package at the Correos (Post) with the code we provide you. (You can see it in your account, in: order)

If the Customer does not collect the package, and is parked at the Post Office over 15 days, we will proceed to refund the purchase amount minus the amount of shipping and return.

Shipping costs are calculated according to destination, weight and packaging used for shipping. The exact price of transport will be calculated to include every item in the shopping cart and will appear on the page that summarizes the purchase before the order confirmation, before accepting the purchase and before inserting the data of credit or debit card or of the Paypal account. In any case, will be valid the shipping costs that appear at the time of ordering.

 

4. Privacy Policy

In Morganita Store we comply with the legislation regarding the protection of personal data and the requirement for confidentiality of our activity. Personal data received will be treated in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data and other applicable legislation in force in Spain. 

The identifying data that can provide us when you navigate or when you make a purchase will be included in a file owned by Morganita Store (Alberto Lorenzo Novoa, NIF 44807337W, C / José Antonio Souto Paz nº 21, 1ºB, 15702 Santiago de Compostela). Data will not be disclosed to third parties, will only be used to process purchase orders, to facilitate browsing and purchasing items from Morganite Store as well as reporting via email of new products, special offers and news related to the page Morganita Store web in general.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of your data by sending an email to info@morganitastore.com or by writing to the following address: C / José Antonio Souto Paz nº 21, 1º B. In both cases providing a photocopy of your national identity card, your passport or other valid form of ID. Personal data collected will only be treated with the expressed purpose and always with the consent of the user or client. To have the information contained in our files always updated we ask you to communicate us as soon as possible, changes and corrections of your personal data. You warrant that the personal data provided are true and accurate. Any loss or damage caused to the site or the person responsible for the website or any third party by communicating erroneous, inaccurate or incomplete information in the registration forms will be sole responsibility of the user.

The server of this website is located in Spain. These conditions of purchase are subject to Spanish law, so the sales transactions are deemed performed in the home of Morganita Store.

5. Return Policy

According Distance Selling Regulations, Customers have 14 calendar days (from the date of receipt) to exercise the right of withdrawal of your order in Morganite Store. At Christmas, the repayment period is extended until January 16 on all purchases made from 20 November. This way you can anticipate purchases.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase (except for the cost of return shipping).

All returns must be made within 14 calendar days of the receiption of the product . The refund will only be accepted by www.morganitastore.com or www.morganitastore.es. The items have to be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and labels must be intact, without use.

For the refund, it is required by sending an email to: info@morganitastore.com, who will inform the Client of the steps in the return process. 

The shipping of items to be returned shall be borne by the Customer. Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted. If the reason for the return was that the article does not correspond with the request, or contains a defect, the online store www.morganitastore.com or www.morganitastore.es will bear the cost of return and new shipment.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

For hygiene reasons, returns of items are not admitted without the security seal or label.

No changes will be made of a model for another, will make a return and Customer shall make another purchase.

6. Methods of payment and Price of the items

We offer the following payment methods: 

- Credit Card and Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Maestro

- Paypal. This method has a surcharge.

- Bank transfer. This option of payment can take 2-3 days more. After we have received your payment, we will send the order.

- Gift Card

Morganita Store may cancel a contract if the product is not available for any reason. In this case, Morganita Store will notify you and return any payment that you have made.

It is safe to pay using the credit card or the debit card on the website. The data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

  - The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.

  - You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.

  - You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly. 

  - You may have to activate the online shopping service of your Card. Contact your bank to check it.

The prices of the items shall be as set on the website. Prices include Taxes.
